We may decline any application, for any lawful reason, without incurring liability.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the state in which Hello World Homes LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except where the law of your state of residence applies as a matter of consumer protection and cannot be waived.
Any dispute arising out of your use of this website will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in that state, and you consent to that venue. This section governs website use only. Any dispute concerning a funding transaction is governed by the dispute-resolution provisions of the funding agreement itself.
We may update these terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page with a new "last updated" date. Your continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, that provision will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
